Our Annual Benson Village School BBQ was an unqualified success last Friday! It was wonderful to welcome our parents back to the school to help us celebrate a successful year. Special thanks to our Chef Mellisa who had help from Chef Bob ( OVS).

Dear Families,
We are so excited for today's picnic and have all of our paws crossed for a dry afternoon. IF it is raining at 10:30, the picnic will transition to students only. We certainly hope this does not occur but this is an outside event as we are still adhering to covid safety guidelines. We will post on Facebook, Thrillshare, and robo phone call/email if we need to make this change at 10:30.
Have your blankets/chairs and appetites ready and we hope to see all who have RSPV'd for lunch!

The BVS 7th and 8th graders worked on creating electrical circuits to power small motors, LED lights, and beepers through exploration after a presentation from the Vermont Energy Education Program. Once they had built a successful circuit, they used multiple solar panels to make their motors go faster and their beeps louder!
