The Water Team (7th grade) at Fair Haven Union Middle School held their monthly celebration on September 27th. Numerous students were recognized for consistently demonstrating outstanding effort and attitude during the months of August and September. The focus has been helping students understand the power of being fully present and the benefits of being in the “here and now”, the award recipients embodied those values.
Furthermore, two students were recognized to participate in Project Build with Mr. Stanton. They will create wooden furniture to meet the needs of our school buildings and classrooms.
The prestigious and coveted White Water Rafting TA Crest Challenge trophy was also presented to Mrs. Crumb's TA, who were able to keep their TA crest in the best shape while navigating the mighty Sacandaga River!
Congratulations to the award recipients and all of the 7th grade students for a very successful start to the school year!
