We are pleased to inform you that we will be offering the ASVAB, PSAT Exam and the SAT Exam to the Fair Haven Union Middle and High School students during the 2022-23 school year. The ASVAB will be administered on the morning of Thursday, October 6, 2022. (*This test is free and open to grades 10-12) This exam will be administered at FHUMHS on the morning of Wednesday, October 12, 2022. (*The PSAT is free to Juniors and $18 for Sophomores.) The SAT will be administered on the morning of Thursday, October 27, 2022, and is available for any interested Juniors or Seniors. (*The cost is $60.00.) For more information about the SAT, please visit https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/sat. Please reach out to your school counselor with any questions about the exam itself, or how the exam relates to the college admissions process. If you would like to register for the ASVAB, PSAT and/or the SAT, please pick up a form in the School Counseling Office and return it with a check for the corresponding fee made payable to Slate Valley Unified School District. The form and payment are due to the FHUMHS School Counseling office by Friday, September 16, 2022. If you have any questions about exam fees or eligibility for reduced/waived fees, please contact your school counselor.

Lynn Jeffrey and Wayne Cameron from Hubbardton Forge came to FHUHS on Thursday, September 1st to present a check for $1050.00 to our Varsity Golf team. This generous donation was in memory of a longtime employee and friend Neil Cunningham. Athletes: Colton DeLong, Madilyn Egan and Adain Robertson represented the team to receive this generous donation. Thank you Hubbardton Forge!

The new FHUMHS Middle School is nearing completion! Please join us for the official Grand Opening on August 30th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. We will be serving BBQ throughout the evening, playing games, eating ice cream, and giving tours of the new space. The official ribbon cutting will happen at approximately 5:15 pm. We hope to see you there!

Here are some sneak-peeks of the new middle school. Construction crews are putting the finishing touches on, and classroom furniture is set for delivery next week!

The temporary wall that separated the high school from the middle school construction is officially coming down. We are, once again, ONE school!

FHUMHS will be throwing a "Middle School Grand Opening Party" at 5:30 pm on August 30th. Please join us for a BBQ, tours of the new middle school, and family-friendly games. Our Administration team will also be available meet and answer any questions you may have.

Fair Haven field hockey is young, yet up and coming. We work hard every day to achieve our goals, all while having fun and working as a team. This past season, we broke a 14 year playoff drought and went to the semifinals. Come join our team as we work our way back to the semis, and off to the championships!
